Our motorcycle adventure takes on mountain trails, dusty tracks, rocky ridges and twisty warm roads to Canales Mountains, Sad Hill Cemetery (from the movie The Good, Bad and the Ugly), Soria, Cuenca, Riopar, Hornos, Tiscar, Gorafe, the Gorafe Ridges, Granada, Almaria, Guadix, Miridor El Fin De Mundo, Sierra Nevada, La Calahorra Castle, NASA Deep Communication Centre near Madrid, Toledo, Picos Mountains and more. It’s NOT a holiday!
In search of film locations and the ‘View at the end of the World’ in southern Spain
In 2015 Honda teased the return of the iconic Africa Twin with a series of short films in magnificent locations.
My passion was to find these film locations and ride there on my new CRF1000L. Turns out you can’t have your cake and eat it. To fund this big adventure, I had to sell my Africa Twin and bought a older, used BM’ 1200GS (Oh the irony).
